Polo Coat — Navy

Italian brand L’Impermeabile have been producing artisan raincoats since 1948. Originally inspired by the British Military Trench Coat, L’Impermeabile produce a range of outerwear which is equally stylish and functional.

Unsurprisingly, the Polo coat derives its name from the sport of Polo, where it was originally worn between plays or “chukkers” and became a staple piece of outerwear along with the Chesterfield coat on the Ivy League campuses of the 1920’s. Similar in form to the Peacoat, due to its double breasted design, but longer in length, the Polo coat is a robust piece of outerwear sure to serve one well during the Autumn and Winter months. This exquisite rendition of the Polo coat features a traditional design and is available in both Navy and Green Melton wool.
