Ray Ban

Vintage Aviator Sunglasses

If Steve McQueen stamped the Persol 714 as an authentic and appropriate pair of shades to don with one’s Ivy gear, then Paul Newman certainly did the same for Aviator sunglasses. Whilst many have debated just who exactly Paul wore, one could do far worse than this stunning vintage Ray Ban model when attempting the look.

This particular model features a gold frame with green lens and cable temples, as well as the iconic ray ban logo on the right frame.

Aviators were originally offered as an alternative to chunky pilot goggles in the 1930s, and we recommend pairing the shades with some classic militaria, such as the Firzmworks N1 Deck Jacket.
