This cardigan is crafted from a 90% Wool and 10% Cashmere blend and offers a super-soft finish that ensures both comfort and warmth during the cooler months. The hand linking process, which involves carefully joining each piece of the sweater by hand, results in a seamless finish that enhances durability and comfort while allowing for greater flexibility and shape retention. The pockets and buttons are all sewn on by hand ensuring the highest standard of durability and finish.

    The John Simons Overcoat is based upon a vintage Burberry model famously purchased and worn by our very own proprietor in 1961, whilst working as a window dresser for Cecil Gee on Charing Cross Road. With a seamless one piece raglan sleeve, which flatters all shapes and sizes, our overcoat is the perfect combination of functionality and elegance.

    This particular model is produced in a beautiful Harris Tweed fabric. This overcoat is reminiscent of early 1950s American outerwear, in the period that predates the Ivy League Boom years of the latter 1950s and 60s. A veritable slice of Mid Century Americana, produced with fabric from one of the oldest British Mills and delivered direct from Chiltern Street.
