DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We are currently offering free U.K. shipping on all orders over £250, otherwise domestic shipping is £6.00. You will be provided with a tracking number upon collection from our partners. Items are dispatched from Tuesday until Friday.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We’re pleased to offer international shipping via DHL to a wide range of destinations. All international orders are sent using a DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) service — meaning all customs duties, import taxes, and VAT are calculated and paid at checkout.

This ensures a smooth delivery experience with no hidden costs or unexpected fees on arrival. The total price you see at checkout is the final amount you’ll pay, inclusive of shipping and all import charges. Items are dispatched from Tuesday until Friday.

Please note:

  • Prices shown on our website for international customers are displayed without UK VAT.
  • Orders are shipped via DHL Express, offering fast, reliable, and fully tracked delivery worldwide.
  • Delivery times vary by destination, but tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
  • If your country isn’t listed at checkout or you have any questions about international shipping, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

PICK UP IN STORE

We offer a complimentary pick up in store service from our storefront on Chiltern Street.

EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS

In-Store Purchases:

  • Items bought in store can be returned within 14 days of the purchase date. Please ensure the item is unworn, unused, and it its original condition with tags attached.

Online Purchases:

  • For online purchases, you have 14 days from the date your order arrives to request a return. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags still attached. Once your item is received, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

Exchange and refunds must be conducted within 14 days, after this John Simons refuses the right to accept a refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS PROCESS

For all international orders, we include a prepaid DHL return label inside your parcel.

How to arrange your return:

  • Attach the DHL return label included with your order.
  • Visit: mydhl.express.dhl
  • Select your country.
  • Choose whether you would like to schedule a collection or drop off your parcel at a nearby DHL service point.
  • Follow the on-screen DHL instructions to complete your return.

Once your parcel has been collected or dropped off, DHL will take care of the remaining process. Please ensure your items are securely packaged and that the return label is clearly attached to the parcel.
