We are currently offering free U.K. shipping on all orders over £250, otherwise domestic shipping is £6.00. You will be provided with a tracking number upon collection via DPD. Items are dispatched from Tuesday until Friday.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to a wide range of destinations. All international orders are sent using a DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) service — meaning all customs duties, import taxes, and VAT are calculated and paid at checkout.

This ensures a smooth delivery experience with no hidden costs or unexpected fees on arrival. The total price you see at checkout is the final amount you’ll pay, inclusive of shipping and all import charges. Items are dispatched from Tuesday until Friday.

  • Prices shown on our website for international customers are displayed in your local currency and include applicable local VAT.
  • Orders are shipped via FedEx, offering fast, reliable, and fully tracked delivery worldwide.
  • Delivery times vary by destination, but tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

PICK UP IN STORE

We offer a complimentary pick up in store service from our storefront on Chiltern Street.

If you decide that an item is not quite right, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In their original condition
  • Returned with all tags attached
  • Sent back in their original packaging where possible

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted and could be returned to the sender.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • All returns and exchanges must be registered through our Returns Portal and sent using the return method provided.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for items returned using alternative delivery services.

UK RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you would like to return or exchange an item and are located in the UK, please use our online Returns Portal to register your request and generate a returns label, portal here.

DPD Drop-Off Return Label: £5.00

Royal Mail Drop-Off Return Label: £3.00

The cost of your return label will be deducted from your refund once your return has been processed.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Customers based outside the UK, including the Channel Islands, can arrange returns and exchanges through our Returns Portal, here.

FedEx International Returns: £15.00

HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER

To get started, you'll need your order number and the email address used when placing your order. Please enter your order number as it appears in your order confirmation.

  1. Access the Returns Portal.
  2. Enter your email address and order number.
  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return.
  4. Choose your preferred resolution:
    • Refund
    • Exchange
    • Store Credit
  5. Download and print your returns label, then attach it securely to your parcel.
  6. Take your parcel to the designated drop-off location shown within the Returns Portal.

STORE CREDIT

Store credit is issued as a digital gift card and can be redeemed online. Any remaining balance may be used on future purchases until the full value has been spent.

ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR RETURN

After your return arrives, we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit request. Please allow up to 10 working days from receipt of your return for processing.

You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your return has been completed.
