We are currently offering free U.K. shipping on all orders over £250, otherwise domestic shipping is £6.00. You will be provided with a tracking number upon collection from our partners. Items are dispatched from Tuesday until Friday.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We’re pleased to offer international shipping via DHL to a wide range of destinations. All international orders are sent using a DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) service — meaning all customs duties, import taxes, and VAT are calculated and paid at checkout.

This ensures a smooth delivery experience with no hidden costs or unexpected fees on arrival. The total price you see at checkout is the final amount you’ll pay, inclusive of shipping and all import charges. Items are dispatched from Tuesday until Friday.

We offer a complimentary pick up in store service from our storefront on Chiltern Street.

EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS

Exchange and refunds must be conducted within 14 days of delivery, after this John Simons Apparel Company refuses the right to accept a refund or exchange.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns must be sent tracked, with the items returned in unused condition and in their original packaging.
