SHIPPING

We are currently offering free U.K. shipping on all orders over £250. You will be provided with a tracking number upon collection from our partners. Items are dispatched twice weekly.

International orders are dispatched twice weekly DPD or DHL. You will be provided with a tracking number upon dispatch.

PICK UP IN STORE

We offer a complimentary pick up in store service from our storefront on Chiltern Street.

Orders will be kept for a maximum of 14 days before being cancelled and refunded, unless otherwise advised by customers via special request.

EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS

Exchange and refunds must be conducted within 14 days of delivery, after this John Simons Apparel Company refuses the right to accept a refund or exchange.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns must be sent tracked, with the items returned in unused condition and in their original packaging.
