The popover is a classic Ivy style, descended from the original Brooks Brothers pullover button-down of 1896. A staple of the Ivy League look throughout the 1950s and ’60s, it was worn in everything from madras to oxford cloth. Ours follows the traditional pattern, with a simple three-button placket.
