Hailing from Monsummano Terme, in the province of Pistoia, an Italian region historic for its role in producing high-quality footwear, D. Lepori was founded in the 1950s, and focused its attention on producing high quality, moccasin-style shoes. In 2023 D. Lepori continue to be family-owned and maintain a focus on quality handmade shoes still produced in Italy.
