How can I track my order?

UK orders will be shipped with DPD and a tracking number will be provided via email and text notification (if you opt for the latter) upon collection by DPD. International orders will be shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked and a tracking number will be provided upon shipment.

Can I return items purchased online to your store?

Yes, please feel free to return any unworn goods purchased online within 14 days in their original packing materials

What is your returns policy?

Exchange and refunds must be conducted within 14 days of delivery, after this John Simons Apparel Company refuses the right to accept a refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights. Returns must be sent tracked, with the items returned in unused condition and in their original packaging.

Please note that refunds are not applicable to items purchased in store. In this instance only store credit or exchange for items of equal value can be accepted.

What is the expected Delivery time for my order?

Will V.A.T. be deducted from my order?

For orders placed via our website, which include a delivery address outside of the UK/EU, the 20% VAT will be deducted from your total prior to payment. Please note that orders may be subject to your own country’s import taxes/duties.

Can you mark my package as a gift for customs purposes?

Unfortunately, we are unable to facilitate this due to legal reasons.

I cannot access my account online, what can I do?

Firstly, if you recall the email address you utilised when signing up for an account you can request a new password via the form on the Login page.

How does the “Collect in Store” shipment option work?

We offer a complimentary pick up in store service from our storefront on Chiltern Street. Orders will be kept for a maximum of 14 days before being cancelled and refunded, unless otherwise advised by customers via special request.
